  • First off, you need to register an account with us and provide proof that you are an active volunteer. Once verified, you will be able to have access to the multiple ways of claiming your free ticket.

  • While we only offer free tickets to registered volunteers, we will occasionally drop special offers for additional tickets where you can claim more than one ticket.

  • Yes, we are in the process of filing our paperwork to receive our charity number, we will update this FAQ once this is completed.

  • Whilst we do not provide manpower to carefully pack your items, we do provide guidance to ensure we minimise damage during transit, we also provide relevant boxes or tubes, we will establish the requirements in our initial communications.
