Claiming your ticket:

Fill the form below for our team to log your information and verify that you are a volunteer.
Once verified, you will be added to a contact list where we will reach out to you when funds become available. It’s first come first serve, so if you want a cinema ticket, respond as soon as you can before the funding runs out.
We will always try to purchase a voucher where possible, otherwise we will purchase you the ticket and send it to your email address.

Please note: We only cover the cost of one cinema ticket per volunteer, per month. On occasion, we may ask that you send us proof of your volunteer work in the form of a signed letter from your organization or supervisor. Typically, we verify you as a volunteer based on the contact information you give us when you first complete the form.
